Returns and Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us.

All purchases that are eligible for returns can be returned for store credits or exchanged. Do note that each order is only valid for a one-time exchange. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, would not be refunded

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at hello@likesaturdays.com to request for a return with the following information within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, in its original packaging, and purchased directly from likesaturdays.com. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs and it will have to be borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. If the product is found to be in an unsuitable condition, we will unfortunately have to send it back to you.

For exchange requests, shipping costs will be billed to the customer during the exchange process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items, unless it arrived with defect). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
