When will I receive my order?
As long as all items are in stock, you should receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. You will be notified via email when the items are shipped out. International orders are subject to customs clearance which may affect the delivery time.
How can I check my order status?
You may check your order status by logging into your account here.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
Order amendments and cancellations can’t be made as we process your order as soon as it has been confirmed.
However, should you notice an error with your mailing address, do drop us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we would be happy to help!
I need my order urgently. What should I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may see how we can help you.
I have placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay.

We offer complimentary delivery for local orders above SGD 50. If you can't wait to get your hands on our products, we offer an option for Express Shipping.
For same day delivery requests, please email us.
In cases of unsuccessful deliveries, we offer up to 2 complimentary redeliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Do note that each order is only valid for a one-time exchange.

How do I care for my silk product?
We highly recommend to hand wash your silk products with a gentle pH neutral liquid detergent to maximise its life span. It is natural for the silk to lose some lustre after the first wash but rest assured that the benefits still remain.
You may also machine wash your silk on cool using a gentle cycle, using a delicates bag to avoid snagging.

Can I use a pillow spray on my pillowcase?
When using a pillow spray, remember to spritz them from a distance and not directly at the sheets to avoid stains!
How long will embroidery take?
For embroidery personalisation requests, kindly allow an additional 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
Is there a character limit for embroidery?
We can embroider up to 10 characters. You may email us at email@example.com for any special requests or questions.
